Jacaranda is currently funded by the Department of Social Services and the Department of Communities.
The Department of Communities provided funds for Aboriginal Financial Counselling Outreach Service (AFCOS) program. The program covers the Perth Southeast metro.
For the Southwest corridor, the Department of Social Services provided funds for the Financial Counselling and Capability Hub.

Jacaranda Financial Counsellors also attends a number of women’s refuge centres across Perth metropolitan area. Funding for this program is from the Financial Counselling Foundation and the Department of Justice WA Criminal Property Confiscation Grants Program
