WALKING GROUP AND FITNESS SESSIONS
As a part of the women's group we will be running two session on the 10/10/2017 & 24/10/2017 where we will focus on good health and exercise. Classes start with a walk and then our personal trainer will attend our office with a more personal training session for beginners. Starts at 9.30 until 11.30. Call Tracey 9477346 to book you place.
