Lyndsey Fitzgerald, CEO of the Jacaranda Community Centre, will be attending a round table on financial abuse organised by Consumer Credit Legal Service. Jacaranda Community Centre picks up financial abuse of many kinds during financial counselling sessions. The many forms of financial abuse include but are not limited to: stealing of welfare cards, blackmailing to extort payments and being coerced into signing financial contracts.
